Dear Skyview Residents,Please be advised that the Pool Parking Lot will be closed next Thursday for parking line repainting. To allow for this maintenance, we kindly ask that all vehicles be removed from the parking area by 7:00 AM on Thursday morning.The parking lot will reopen by sundown on Thursday once the painting is complete and the lines have dried.Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to maintain our community spaces. Please see the email below for important reminders.    Friendly reminder, holiday lights and decorations must be removed within (15) days after the holiday. If you have not already done so, please remove all holiday lights and decorations.   Thank you to everyone that joined in displaying holiday lights and decorations. There were many homes in the community that looked wonderful, and we are looking forward to seeing next year’s decorations!   Holiday Lighting and Decorations Temporary holiday lighting and decorations are permitted. They may be placed in the yard and on the house 30 days before the holiday and must be removed within fifteen (15) days after the holiday. Lighting and decorations must not be a nuisance to neighbors.

Dear Homeowner: The 2023 Annual Meeting of owners will be held on August 2, 2023, at 6:00PM. This communication will serve as formal notice of the meeting. Currently we are preparing the detailed information that will be sent out prior to the meeting to all the owners. A ballot will be sent to every owner with candidates running for the Board of Directors. Skyview Homeowners, A couple of "House Keeping" Reminders 1.  This is just a friendly reminder that each homeowner is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their property.  The landscaping is yours to keep clean and looking nice all the way out to the Sidewalk.  Please spend some time and remove your weeds and have your trees and vegetation trimmed.  The sidewalks must be passable with out needing to step into the landscaping to move around the tree branches or the overgrown hedges.  We need to all work together in order to keep this beautiful community looking its best. 2.  The Pool is up and running and every homeowner should now have a key.  This is not a public pool, please treat it with respect and help us keep it nice and working as it should.  NO Unaccompanied Minors, NO Diving, and NO Glass Containers.  There is NO Lifeguard on Duty - please be mindful of those in the pool and watch your kids around water. 3.  Street Parking is a concern.  These roads are not wide and when we park in NO Parking Zones we make it difficult for First Responders and Delivery Drivers to accomplish their tasks.  Please park only in appropriate locations and be Respectful of your neighbors.
